Nonbacterial
prostatitis, together with chronic pelvic pain syndrome, accounts for 90–95% of
prostatitis cases. Non-steroid
Anti-inflammatory medications are commonly used for nonbacterial
prostatitis treatment. The purpose of this study was to observe the
efficacy and safety in inflammations of the lower urinary tract in men. Although
prostatitis is historically considered mainly a bacterial disease, most of
cases can caused without bacteria.
Patients
underwent diagnostic and therapeutic protocols according to current
evidence-based practice. Efficacy
assessments: voiding parameters, perineal pain, International Prostate Symptom
Score, digital rectal examination. Adverse events and patient compliance were
recorded throughout the study. Risk factors for uncomplicated and recurrent
cases of lower and upper UTI include sexual intercourse, use of spermicides,
previous UTI, a new sex partner, and a history of UTI in a first-degree female
relative. Inflammation of the lower urinary tract, especially of the prostate,
commonly affects men of a wide age range, with detrimental repercussions on
quality of life. Symptoms include pelvic pain and a variable degree of voiding
and sexual dysfunction.
Case-control
studies have shown no significant associations between recurrent UTI and
precoital- or postcoital- voiding patterns, daily beverage consumption, frequency
of urination, delayed-voiding habits, wiping patterns, tampon use, douching,
use of hot tubs, type of underwear, or body-mass index; however, at least some
of this absence of findings might reflect a misclassification
of behaviors.
New
solution called Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory Pill, a kind of traditional Chinese
medicine for nonbacterial prostatitisis centered on treating infection with nonbacterial
prostatitis, although less than 10% of prostatitis cases are bacterial, and on
alleviating symptoms inflammation, pelvic pain and a variable degree of voiding
and sexual dysfunction. Patients with nonbacterial prostatitis for the treatment
could be a very tractable process, not only the condition to manage, but also
for the symptoms which you have to experience. Diuretic and Anti-inflammatory
Pill shows great effect on the treatment of Nonbacterial prostatitis. The herbs
in the pill can work well on the treatment of epididymitis. Unlike other nonbacterial
prostatitis medications, it has no side effects and can cure the disease
permanently.
